How do I get my purchase?

Your purchase will be delivered via a download link which is sent to you INSTANTLY after you purchase. In this e-mail you will also receive instructions on how to install and use your purchase.

I don't have PayPal... Can I pay with a check/money order?
Yes, you can. If you do not have a PayPal account and would like to purchase via Cash, Check, or Money Order, just send an e-mail to support@powerguidecentral.com with information on which guide you'd like to purchase. One of our representatives will get back with you ASAP with further payment information.

What if I don't know how to use my product?
Every guide on PowerGuideCentral.com comes with a step by step guide on how to operate your purchase. If you have any further problems or questions, you can e-mail our customer support at support@powerguidecentral.com.

I accidentally deleted my purchase... what do I do?
No problem! Just go back to the e-mail which you originally received when you purchased your product and you can re-download it with the same download link. If you accidentally deleted this e-mail, just e-mail us with your payment information at support@powerguidecentral.com and we will be able to further assist you with re-downloading your product.
